Weight Loss Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Salad

Buffalo Chicken Salad Medical Weight Loss Meal Plan

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cubed and cooked chicken cutlets

  • 2 TBSP of Walden Farms Thick 'n Spicy BBQ Sauce

  • 3 Cups of chopped lettuce

  • 1 Cup of fresh spinach

  • 3-4 Proti White Cheddar Crisps

  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms Bleu Cheese Dressing

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken in Walden Farm Thick 'n Spicy BBQ Sauce

  2. Place marinated chicken atop lettuce, spinach and other vegetables as desired.

  3. Add Proti White Cheddar Crisps as croutons

  4. Top salad with Walden Farms Bleu Cheese Dressing
