Weight Loss Recipe: BBQ Chicken Stuffed Peppers

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Peppers Meal Plan

Ingredients:

  • 2 red, yellow or orange Bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp. Walden Farms BBQ Sauce (original or honey)

  • 4 oz. boiled and shredded chicken

Directions:

  1. Stir the BBQ sauce into the chicken

  2. Hollow out a bell pepper

  3. Stuff peppers with chicken

  4. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes
